Company Policy
1. Shipping charges:
Standard delivery: domestic orders are shipped by UPS ground for a flat fee of $7.95. Delivery within 7-9 business days.
Express delivery is available upon request by UPS 2 Days Air for a flat fee of $15.95. Delivery within 2-4 business days.
Rush delivery is available upon request by UPS Air Next Day for a flat fee of $25.95. Delivery within 1-2 business days.
All orders are processed with 24 hours of receipt of order.
We cannot be responsible for late shipment due to holidays, carrier delays
Please contact us for delivery to Canada or for orders to ship overseas since specific rates will apply.
For stolen merchandises, you must contact the shipping company and issue a claim directly to them as SpaWig.com could not be liable once the merchandise is confirmed to have been picked up by the shipping company.
-If an order is refused and arrives back to us in good shape: we will refund your credit card less a 20% restocking fee, excluding initial Shipping & Handling.
2. Order Process:
Any order placed through our website will be confirmed in writing within 24 business hours of receipt. We only charge your credit card when we ship your order.
3. Return Policy:
Returns are not accepted due to our manufacturer policy. We only can accept exchange in accordance to our Exchange policy.
4. Exchange Policy:
We authorize One exchange of wig per order
-A Product is eligible for exchange if it is received in the same condition as sent, to you. It means: unaltered, unworn, with Healthy Warning Tag still attached in the original packaging and no scent of perfume.
-B Care Products, Accessories and sales are not eligible for exchange.
-C Exchange Fees:
You need to obtain from our friendly staff, by phone or by e-mail; , a Return Authorization, to be applied on the outside of the box. Without the RA#, no exchange would be processed. All exchanges are final- no subsequent return will be accepted.
Any request for exchange must be made within 5 business days of receipt of merchandise. You must return the requested exchange within 10 business days from receipt of RA# in order to be processed properly.

Please do not send exchange merchandise by COD or Collect as it will not be accepted. That will only delay the process and might make you not eligible to the Exchange policy.
Please note that exchange policy incurs a $10.00 charge to be processed on the same credit card as supplied for the initial purchase.
We will ship exchange merchandises on the same method chosen in the initial order, unless you specify otherwise. Same charges as for initial order will be processed.
Spawig.com does not issue any refund but credit against future purchases less the $10.00 exchange fee. Shipping and handling are a final charge: they are not refundable neither part of the exchange policy.
4. Back Order:
Upon confirmation of receipt of your order, we will notify you in writing if one of your item(s) is back ordered. We will update you on status of delivery. To display our commitment to our customer’s satisfaction, we will waive the Standard delivery charge on any wig on back order.
5. Miscellenaous:
-If an order is returned due to a bad address and arrives back to us in good shape: we can reship it but we will charge again the chosen shipping charge. We will refund your credit card less a 20% restocking fee, excluding initial Shipping & Handling.
- Any order canceled with 12 business hours of placement will be entitled for a refund less a 20% restocking fee, excluding initial Shipping & Handling.
- We will happy to exchange a color of the same style: we will waive our Exchange Fee as long the wig is returned according the eligibility policy as indicated under point #3.
