1. How to order my size?

We only carry one size because our model stretches to fit most.

2. Do I need to bring my wig to a hairdresser?

Your wig is uniquely designed: when you receive the wig, you just shake it and right away you will enjoy its shape, the “Natural Look” on all styles. You might easily adjust the wig with your fingers or eventually a comb but you won’t need to go visit your hairdresser so Spawig will save you time and money.

3. Why should I buy a synthetic wig instead of real hairs?

Spawig only caries synthetic hairs because we don’t want to sell hair from poor children and from dead person.

In addition, synthetic hairs require a low maintenance: you get as a consumer the best value in term of quality, style and finally the best price.

4. How to maintain my wig?

We recommend to wash the wig at least twice a month but obviously, you might do it more frequently if you wear your wig on a daily basis. Use our specific wig shampoo, rinse with clear, cold water and let it AIR DRY.

We suggest to purchase our own brand of shampoo, made to our own specifications to provide you with a gentle but effective clean.

Do not use heat dryer or hair straightener since it could damage the wig.

Do not squeeze your wig: just drain with a towel.

5. How to keep my wig in good shape?

You should always keep your wig on a head holder when you do not wear your wig as it helps to maintain it in good shape.

6. Could I purchase my wig through my insurance?

You should contact your insurance provider or Medicare if applyable to check if such purchase is covered and how to proceed. Some plans will cover partially or totally such purchase but you have to follow their specific guidelines.
